We are Gary and Kate, two just-turned fifty year olds setting off on a caravan trip around Australia. Â We don’t quite qualify as grey nomads and we are beyond the nappy changing era hence the antique teenager ethos.
“If we don’t do it now we may never get the chance again” ; this was the killer point that galvanised us into action to start planning the process for the big round. The first discussion took place back in 2015 and following a very fortuitous redundancy the date was crystallised and the dream became reality.
The main aim of this site is to keep friends and family up to date with our travels and of course anyone else who is interested in what we get up to can keep track of us too! We hope you enjoy it and of course ,as feedback is a gift (sometimes a pair of socks and sometimes an expensive ring), feel free to let us know how it can be better.
